In Loving Memory "Er Serchog Cof" (in Welsh)
Aunt Megan, Today I close my eyes as I wipe a tear. If I only had 5 minutes the day you passed away I would have had time to tell you all the things I needed to say. Like the branches of a tree, our lives may grow in different directions, yet our roots remain as one.
I will miss you Aunt Megan--you were an incredible wife, mother, sister, friend and aunt!
Today-Sunday January 12, 2014 I will release a butterfly in honor of you. Fly away sweet butterfly stretch your wings and fly, fly as high as you can. God has you in His keeping. I pray you rest in eternal peace.
My words are few, my thoughts are deep. You will live in my heart and memory forever!
Big Welsh Love Aunt Megan.

I only meet Megan a couple of times as her husband, Max, was a good friend of my father. From Navy days, to working at Larson AFB, our families were friends and neighbors in Ephrata. We visited the family in Lompoc in 1968 and enjoyed the warm beach time at New Years. Dad lost track of Max over the years but still remembers their years together. I have lived in Edmonds for 36 years and would have visited the family if I had known they lived so close.
My condolences to the family, especially Michael.
