Patricia Magner Obituary

Patricia Ann (Thompson) Magner joined her Heavenly Father on October 27, 2025. Pat was born on June 29,1932 in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, to Oscar and Cecelia Thompson. Growing up, she lived in Wisconsin, Arizona and California before meeting the love of her life, Clint Magner, to whom she was married for 61 years. They married in 1955 and lived in California, Washington and Nevada. After retirement, they returned to Washington to be near family. Pat was a stay-at-home mom for most of her life, but in later years, worked in the medical records department at Carson-Tahoe Hospital, where she especially enjoyed preparing birth certificates for new parents. She loved fishing and camping, but her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the center of her world. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her half-sister, Lois Dewing, and granddaughter April Magner. She is survived by daughter Laurie Neyens (Dave) and son Bruce Magner (Janet); grandchildren DJ Neyens (Lindsey), Jared Neyens (Emily), Linsey Coen (Bill) and Danny Magner; great-grandchildren, Allanah, Liam, Olivia, Maddox, and Nathan. No services will be held, as per Pat's request. A special thank you to Marysville Care Center and AccentCare Hospice for their wonderful compassionate care. Please consider a donation to Washington State Hospice and Palliative Care at WSHPCO.org
