John "Jack' Richard Magner

April 7, 1959 – January 3, 2026

John "Jack" Richard Magner 66, of Appleton, WI and Formerly of Pascoag, RI. Passed away on Saturday January 3, 2026.

John Richard Magner was born on April 7, 1959, in Providence, RI to the late John Joseph Magner Jr. and Corona Marion (Tobin) Magner. He is also preceded in passing by his cousins Mary Ann (Cappe) Lewandowski, Sandra (Letondress) Idica, and Marilyn (Letondress)Toscani.

Left to Cherish John's memory is his Sister Anne Marie (William) McCloskey of Murrells Inlet, SC; Long time partner Pamela Magdziasz of Cheyenne, WY; Cousins Donna Pelletier of Chepachet ,RI, John Cappe of Ware MA, Stephen Kopeski of Pascoag, RI, Michael Kopeski of Lynchburg, VA, Donna Mello of Sutton, VT, Dan Tobin of Frostproof FL and Reverend Lon Tobin of Bluff City, TN. John will truly be missed by his family and friends.

John is a former employee of the Society of St. Vincent De Paul in Green Bay WI. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus. John enjoyed watching sports and loved to go fishing every chance he had. He also enjoyed over the road trucking. John is a graduate of Burrillville High School in Rhode Island. In his post-graduation year John attended Cushing Academy where he played hockey.

A Mass of Christion burial is scheduled for Wednesday January 21, 2026, at 10am at St. Michael Catholic Church 542 Cypress Ave Murrells Inlet. With inurnment at columbarium to follow.
