Vean Gregg Obituary

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Vean Gregg. Vean was a loving son, brother, cousin, grandson and friend to many. He will always be remembered for his love and passion for skateboarding, his goofy faces and ability to always make us laugh. A good soul gone too soon but never forgotten. Now free to shred in heaven forever. A celebration of Veans life will be announced in the spring of 2021.

You were one of my closest friends, and only we knew it, you were so talented and kind and outgoing, and more, you didn't deserve this and just know I'm always thinking of you and I love you vean

Love you buddy, through all of life you always talked about there being something else after life and how there has to be god and angels and something great at the end. You will always be missed. As kids we learned so much but as adults we went our separate ways to figure out life. You will never be forgotten buddy, you and your family always gave me a place when my home life didn't make sense, known you since the sandbox man, the last time I saw you I gave you a ride home in my s2000 with the top down and you loved that car as much as I did. Fly with the angels Veaner, God will take care of you. Condolences to Lynda, Vean Sr, Cora, and the rest of your family.

Growing up as kids I got to spend time with Vean and Cora almost every weekend, and even though we're cousins they may as well have been my brother and sister. We were very close and i have so many memories it's almost too many to remember. I'll never forget how much he loved to laugh and smile and all of the little inside jokes and goofing on our dad's for all their quirky phrases they would always use or riding our bikes in the church (or as Vean called it when we were kids "turch") parking lot. I could go on and on but one day we will meet again and reminisce together. Until then, rest easy Vean, everybody loves and misses you and you will never be forgotten.

Vean was an amazing guy. So full of life and happiness. We didn’t hang out much after high school but I would see him from time to time at the skatepark and he always respected me. It’s hard to know that he’s gone but the brief memories we had together I’ll always remember. Rest easy Vean, we’ll miss you brother ❤
