Wayne Davidson Obituary

Wayne Leroy Davidson

Wayne Leroy Davidson, age 63, of Marysville, WA went home to the Lord August 1, 2004.
He was born on December 30th, 1940 in Minot, ND and was a Graduate of Everett High School and the University of Washington. He grew up in Everett and started his family in Marysville, WA, then moved to Concord, CA in 1970 to further his career at Chevron, USA. Wayne happily retired from Chevron at the young age of 45 in 1985 and moved back home to Washington state. There he enjoyed his retirement years being close to his mother, sister and extended family and friends.
Wayne loved bowling, computers and electronics, and helped organize the mayoral campaign in Everett for Ed Hansen. He traveled extensively and loved taking road trips in his Honda Civic. Over the past 20 years he spent hours every day getting in touch with the Holy Spirit.
Wayne was a saint in his own right who enjoyed helping his neighbors with tasks, keeping up their yards taking them to doctor appointments, pulling out trash cans, etc. He was our rock and we will miss him deeply.
Wayne is survived by his son, Jeff W. Davidson; wife, Trish; and grandson Andrew Wayne Davidson; daughter, Wendy Lynn Davidson; sister, Bonnie Hereth; brother-in-law, Dick; nephews Craig and Rob; niece Julie; Uncle Elmer Davidson; and their extended families.
Per Wayne's request, there will be no public services held. A private family and friends memorial will take place. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Bleitz Funeral Home of Seattle, WA.
