Ann Marie, Adam and Aaron, I am shocked beyond words! May your good memories of this awesome husband and father get you through, what I am sure must feel like, unbearable times right now. Every individual is unique and special. Steven was beyond that. Several years ago I worked with Steven at Pella. Steven was the Service Manager at the time we worked together. He had a gift working with people. His big smile and genuine laugh put you at ease. I remember a door hardware issue that the goalie for the NJ Devils was having a problem with. No one was able to resolve this issue over several months. Steven, not only resolved the issue ,but traveled to homeowners job site and install hardware. He was that kind of man that could talk-the talk and most important walk-the-walk.
I am honored to have known Steven. You will be missed by many. God Bless you.
