Every individual is unique and special. Steven was beyond that. Several years ago I worked with Steven at Pella. Steven was the Service Manager at the time we worked together. He had a gift working with people. His big smile and genuine laugh put you at ease. I remember a door hardware issue that the goalie for the NJ Devils was having a problem with.
