Rock Hill, South Carolina - Allen Albert Fowler, 71, passed away unexpectedly January 22, 2024.
Allen was the son of the late Albert Fowler and the late Edna Fowler. He was a wonderful Son. A very loving brother and a devoted uncle. Allen is survived by his sister, Connie Smith of Rock Hill, SC.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, January 29, 2024 at Grandview Memorial Park -Cherry Road with Jerry Devinney officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Allen Fowler's name to Safe Passage Inc. Oakland Ave, Rock Hill, SC 29730

We knew Allen and his parents quit well we lived beside them on Bose ave for quite some time .we remember his Mother Ms Edna and she was a nice lady .and all of us loved her.So our Mother passed in 1982 so we had our own home so we sold our home to The Fowler .Ms Edna said she had always wanted a home of her own and she had one now .I will never forget The Fowler Rest in peace Allen .Hope to meet you again .Love Myra Phillips Montgomery .
