SEGUIN, Texas - Barbara Ann Kuit of Seguin, Texas was born in York, S.C., on Jan. 8, 1940, and went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 3, 2010, at the age of 70 years.
Barbara is survived by her sister, Doris J. Childers and husband, Kenneth of Laurens, S.C.; brother, Harold Jackson and wife, Katherine, of York, S.C.; stepson, Randall R. Kuit Sr.; stepgrandsons, Randall R. Kuit Jr. and William Kuit; nieces, Kathy Jackson, Cindy Wyatt, Beverly Smaok, Pamela Wise and Kimberly Childers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Arthur Kuit and parents, Paul and Ruby Jackson.
The funeral was held July 8, 2010, at the First United Methodist Church in Seguin, with entombment following in Sunset Memorial Park in San Antonio, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Breast Cancer Society or to the First United Methodist Church.
