ROCK HILL - Mr. David Farthing Pyatte, 60, of Rock Hill, S.C., passed away Saturday, March 17, 2012, at his home.
A graveside service will be held 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Forest Hills Cemetery, with the Rev. Kim Strong officiating. The family will receive friends after the service.
Mr. Pyatte was born in Banner Elk, N.C., and was the son of Sibyl Farthing Pyatte of Rock Hill and the late Alvin Pyatte. He was of the Baptist faith and a retired water plant operator with the City of Rock Hill.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Pyatte is survived by his uncle and aunt, Jim and Mary Ruth Farthing, 1078 Cardinal Drive, Rock Hill, where the family will be.
