What a precious lady Emma was to my family and me throughout our childhood and into adulthood at Northminster and then Covenant. She radiated light, good humor, and faith as a model to all fortunate to know her. So glad she is now with my dad, Bill Norwood, solving the world's problems and reminiscing.

She was the glue that held us together in hard times, the centerpiece of true grace and mercy, a leader , teacher, friend, counselor. She was a disciple that made other disciples. She was authentic, loving and a great mentor to me. I loved Emma Harper and always will. Thanks for your teaching and encouragement and most of all for the love for me and all you knew.

My children had the good fortune to grow up in Covenant with Emma. She was a blessing to them and to me. I have notes and cards she sent during difficult times in my life. Such a dear, caring lady. Her smile will stay with me! Love and prayers to the family. Margaret Jennings
