I will remember you both in my prayers as I join you in mourning the passing of your mother. Frances was such a fine Christian and I treasure her memory as she lived on Pendleton Street.

Diane & David - I am so very sorry to hear about your mother. I have such fond memories of you all at St Johns, and will keep you both in my thoughts & prayers. You were always so gracious and special to me and a huge part of my church family.

Diane and David, We are so sad to hear of your mother passing. I can't remember any event growing up at St Johns, that she wasn't at, making sure every detail was just right. Unfortunately, Mom's (Bettye Jean) Alzheimer's has reached a point that she gets very anxious in social situations, so we will not be able to attend the celebration of life. Please know that all of you are in our prayers and that you Mother will always be remembered as one of the key women that made St John's such a special place.

Though miles separate us you are in my thoughts and prayers. I have very pleasant memories of playing handbells with Frances "1" and travelling with her on Retired Fellowship trips. I was Frances "2".
