Oaklyn, New Jersey - Mr. James Edward Gaddy, Jr., 34, passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, with Pastor Omari Hill officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
Born in Charlotte, NC, James was the son of James Edward Gaddy and Danielle Alion Wagner. He founded the non-profit organization, Project Little Warriors, that was dedicated to inspiring and growing the lives of children everywhere spiritually, mentally and physically. He lived his life loving and serving others. He attended Kingsway Church in Cherry Hill, NJ.
In addition to his parents, James is survived by his sisters, Amber Marie Ardrey of Charlotte, NC, Jami Danique Franklin of Los Angeles, CA and Mici Gaddy of Clover, SC; his brother, Hunter B. Gaddy, Sr. of Todd, NC; and many other special family members.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm-1:30 pm on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Gaddy's name to his Project Little Warriors, c/o Danielle Gaddy, 913 Bethel St., Unit 751, Clover, SC 29710 to support the family with funeral expenses and continue James' passion of helping children everywhere.
