Jesse Ivey Obituary

Mr. Jesse "Bubba" Ivey, Jr., of 346 Hampton St., Apt. 109, died Friday, September 1, 2017. The funeral service will be 2pm Thursday, at Gethsemane Church. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Park. Survivors include two daughters, Quemeka Thompson(Nard) of Chester, SC and Vonchiska White of Rock Hill; 6 grandchildren; and two sisters, Elsie W. Springs and Cornetta Wilmore, both of Rock Hill. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church. The family will receive friends at 1067 Winchester Drive. Robinson Funeral Home is serving the family.

It's been many years but I often think of you all I remember all the Sunday trips to Rock Hill to visit with Phyliss and James and all of you. I'm so sorry for your loss. Bubba was a good person as well as you all were I'm Joanne "Archie" Stewart, My Daddy was Robert Archie. My sister is Myra and Robert Jr. My brother He and Bubba were good friends. Sorry we won't be able to attend the service. You all are in our prayers. God Bless
