Kenneth Jackson Obituary
Visitation with family and friends will be Wednesday, June 6, 2018 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC.
Mr. Jackson was born in Rock Hill to the late Sylvester Young Jackson and the late Alberta Shirah Jackson. He was retired as a pipe-fitter from Bowater Carolina Corporation.
Mr. Jackson is survived by two sons, Ken Jackson of Rock Hill and Jamie Jackson (Autumn Joy) of Lugoff, SC; his daughters, Kimberly Jackson-Gaffney of Rock Hill and Cindy J. Omer (Richard) of Rock Hill; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; four brothers, Albert (Ann), Richard, William and Melvin Jackson; four sisters, Milford J. Baker, Loraine Jackson, Rose J. Demby, and Brenda J. Morris. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Sherry Jackson; a brother, Hazel Jackson and a sister, Melvine J. Cox.

DEEPEST SYMPATHY FOR THE FAMILY OF A WONDERFUL GUY WHO WAS TALLER THAN LIFE. SO SORRY TO HEAR OF KENNEYS PASSING. I PRAY THAT HE IS WITH OUR HEAVENLY FATHER AND THAT HE SLEEPS WITH THE ANGELS. I ALSO PRAY THAT THE FAMILY ESPECIALLY KIMBERLY FINDS PEACE IN KNOWING THAT YOU WILL SEE YOUR WONDERFUL DAD AGAIN. I WAS BLESSED TO HAVE KNOWN HIM AND MY TEARS ALLOW ME TO SEE THROUGH THE YEARS GONE BY AND THE YEARS TO COME WHEN WE WILL ALL SEE OUR LOVED ONES . REMEMBER JOHN 3:16 AND FIND COMFORT.

My neighbor, my friend, my Mr. Fix it, my neighbor watchman, my pet sitter when out of town. You always told me this day would come but I never wanted to imagine it. I know that your legs aren't hurting any more and you have a front row seat to watch your family and friends down here.
Fly high my friend and just know that I enjoyed every moment we spent hanging out at The Fork.
