Lisa Fedorchak Obituary

Lisa Jane (Pagenkopf) Fedorchak passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 53. She was born in Oakland, California, on June 1, 1971, to Richard and Marian Pagenkopf.

Lisa lived her life with an open heart, two of them, in fact: the one she was born with and the one she received in a heart transplant in 2023. Both were filled with boundless love, courage, and compassion.

Her passion was people. Lisa brought warmth to everyone she touched and found true joy in caring for others. Her love extended beyond the walls of her home to her family, friends, and the many animals fortunate enough to be loved by her. As a devoted nanny, she cherished the children she cared for as if they were her own.

Lisa was the proud and loving mother of four amazing sons, who were the center of her world. Her strength carried her family through difficult times, and her witty sense of humor and beautiful smile always brightened the day. Lisa's unwavering kindness touched everyone she met, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Lisa's legacy is one of genuine love given freely, felt deeply, and remembered always.

She is survived by her husband, Nick Fedorchak; her mother, Marian Pagenkopf; her brother, Randall James Pagenkopf (Cullan); her sons, James Craven (Ashley), Joshua Craven (Lauren), Cody Craven (Sarah), and Casey Craven (Shannon). Lisa also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren Hayzlee, Pierce, Myles, Elin, Ellyana, Cooper, and Haven; her niece, Callie Pagenkopf; her nephew, Robert Pagenkopf; her aunts and uncles; five cousins; and many wonderful friends who share fond memories of the girl who was always ready to offer a smile, a laugh, and a hug.

I met Lisa in at Green Acres Jr. High in Visalia, CA and what a blessing that was to have met such a special friend. I cherish the time we had together. I loved Lisa's sense of humor and reminisce the laughs we had together. I am thankful she is in the arms of our Lord and reunited with her dad and other loved ones who had passed before her. My heart goes out to Lisa's family and friends.

Dearest family, Lisa surely fought the good fight. Love and sympathy to each of you. I feel extremely privileged to have known her. She had the sweetest spirit, the kindest heart and the fight of a lion. She will certainly be missed. She was a coworker, neighbor and friend to me. I am blessed to have known her. Marian, boys and family, all

My condolences to the family.
I met Lisa at WCCS. She was always kind and especially helpful and compassionate to me as I transitioned back into the workplace. Her care for my children, and so many others, was wonderful.

Lisa was such a sweet person. With all her heart issues I never heard her complain or be anything other than the kind person she was! She was always in good spirits. She loved her family deeply and is an inspiration to all. I will miss knowing she is here with us but so happy she is in her eternal home with Jesus and her loved ones. We will all be together again.

Mrs. Pagenkopf,
I don´t know if you remember me. I was the travel agent in Rock Hill who booked flights for your family back and forth from California to Rock Hill. I also did Mr. Pagenkopf´s corporate travel. I am so sorry to learn of Lisa´s death. I got to know her on a personal basis at WCCS. So thankful for her loving and supportive spirit. I will remember Lisa as always being true to herself and sharing her love of all things good
Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your daughter, Lisa. God be with you and her sons, grandchildren, her entire loving family

I can't begin to express what a loss this is for our family, and for me personally. Lisa and I grew up together with our siblings, Randy and Tina. The four of us spent holidays, summers and many weekends together. Lisa was a fiery red-head who loved to shop, cook, laugh and play. I can only smile as I recall when she whispered what my Christmas present was going to be (a Barbie Camber) when we were about 3 and 7.

We hung out together whenever we could, especially at Taco Bell. We would laugh...hard...at anything and everything.

I've always thought of Lisa's boys as my nephews because she and I were more like sisters. These last 21 years have been hard on Lisa as she suffered her first heart attack when she was only 32. She had a heart transplant in August of 2023 and we knew that we were borrowing time. Even though we shared great times together since her transplant, it will never be enough. Lisa spent her last week of her life with her Mom, her best friend, doing exactly what she loved...enjoying a cruise and shops and beautiful scenery!

Lisa didn't get to say goodbye to anyone, and I wanted to tell her how much I loved her just one more time. So...Lisa Jane, I love you, always have and always will. Rest in Paradise! Give your Dad a huge hug from me...and you'll get one back.

I miss you so much,
Teresa Lynn
