Rock Hill, South Carolina - Mary Cooke Miller, age 79, of Rock Hill, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
Mary was retired from Tyco Electronics.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon J. Cooke and Nellie M. Cooke; her sisters, Nell Hawkins and Susan Deese; her brothers, Earl and Eddie Cooke; and her husband, Odis G. "Bill" Miller.
She is survived by her daughter, Shelly "Jeannie" Sylvester (Tim); her grandsons, Chris Miller (Heather) and John Curtis Sylvester (Becca); her great-grandchildren, Joe and Daisy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at her home on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the Dementia Society of America, or your local hospice chapter.
