Debbie,
I am truly and deeply saddened by the news. I know there is nothing that I can say to ease your pain. I pray that God will give you and your family the strength that you need to get through this trying and difficult time. Don't hesitate to call or come by. My heart aches for you and your kids. I pray that God will comfort you and guide you through each and every day.
With Love,

We are so very sorry about you loss. So sorry that we were not there for you during this time, we only found out today. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, May God lift you up and hold you.
Say not in grief that he is no more
but say in thankfulness that he was
A death is not the extinguishing of a light,
but the putting out of the lamp
because the dawn has come.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Debbie,
Mike was my best friend he done so many things for Paige and I and never asked for anything in return. I will miss him for the rest of my life and I will always have a void in my heart for him. If you or any of the kids ever need anything you know where I live and you know my numbers. Don't be afraid to call or come by at anytime for any reason. We will always be here for you and the kids the way he was there for us

Remember
Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.
