Michael Thomas Obituary
Mr. Thomas was born Oct. 19, 1975, in Monroe, N.C. He was a graduate of Great Falls High School and was employed with Celgard LLC of Charlotte, N.C. and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Debbie L. Thomas; one daughter, Brandy M. Lee of Great Falls; two sons, Mikie Thomas and Bailey Thomas, both of Great Falls; father and stepmother, Joey and Ruth Thomas of Great Falls; mother and stepfather, Dianne and Bob Dean of Mooresville, N.C.; four brothers, Travis Love of Monroe, N.C., John Gates of Lake Wylie, S.C., Doug Gates of Lancaster, S.C., and Bryan Gates of Great Falls; and one sister, Ruthie McManus of Great Falls.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls and other times at 3221 Scott Road, Great Falls.
Memorials may be made to Trinity Baptist Church, P.O. Box 297, Great Falls, SC 29055.

I am so sorry for your loss,I am in the group with you (mom central). O can honestly say I know what you are going through,I lost my nephew suddenly in September. I t is truly the hardest thing I have gone through,I have learned to tak the time you need to grieve,cry when you need to & vent when yo need too!! Mike was my best friend he done so many things for Paige and I and never asked for anything in return. I will miss him for the rest of my life and I will always have a void in my heart for him. If you or any of the kids ever need anything you know where I live and you know my numbers. Don't be afraid to call or come by at anytime for any reason. We will always be here for you and the kids the way he was there for us
