Born in Augusta, GA, he was a son of Philip William Frederick, Jr. and Renee Matthews Frederick and was married to Hannah Wren Crews Frederick. Will was a 2013 graduate of Williston-Elko High School and a 2016 graduate of Aiken Technical College with a degree in Industrial Maintenance. He was a member of Lifeway Church in York, SC where he was involved with the Children's Ministry and the Security Team. Will worked as a maintenance technician at Southeastern Nonwovens in Clover, SC and previously worked for C & C NAPA Auto Parts in Williston.
Survivors include his wife Hannah Frederick of the home, parents Bill and Renee Frederick of Williston; his sister Lauren (Jason) Byars; paternal grandparents Phil and Jean Frederick, maternal grandparents Elsie and Ches Lyon; aunts Carol (Tim) Bolen, Donna (Marty) Martin; uncle Eddie (Cyndi) Matthews; nephews Eli, Austin and Jackson; cousins Grant Bolen, Reid Bolen, Natalie Bolen, Myles McIntrye, Jaime Bush, Cory Bush, Patrick Matthews, Nick Matthews, Blake (Grace) Matthews, Jesse (Michelle) Matthews; mother and father-in-law Robyn and Mark Crews; brother-in-law Clay Crews. He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather Donald M. Matthews.
