Rosetta Hart Obituary
Rosetta attended the public schools of Rock Hill. She was an active member of Nazareth Baptist Church. She was employed by Kiddie Kollege Child Development Center.
She was preceded in death by her father, Rosevelt Simpson; paternal grandparents, Willie and Lucille Simpson and her grandfather, J.C. Hart.
Ms. Hart is survived by her mother, Bobbie Ann Hart; sister, Latonya Hart; brothers, Bobby Hart and Fredrick Hart, all of the home; grandmother, Veola Hart; aunts, Geneva Hart, Kathy Hart, Bernice English (Richard), Barbara Ann Simpson, Hazel Stevens (Robert) and Eva Simpson, all of Rock Hill; uncles, Charles Simpson, Willie Gaither, Robert Gilmore and James Simpson (Doris) all of Rock Hill and John Hart of Columbia, S.C.; nieces, Arbreona McCorkle and Jayla McCorkle; nephews, Journey Caldwell and Tobias Hart, whom she raised; special friend, Stanley Smith; and a host of cousins and friends whom she loved.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today, Jan. 17, 2008, at Parker Funeral Home, with Dr. John McCoy officiating and the Rev. Ralph Washington, the Rev. Albert Mickles and Bishop B.R. Wilson. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, 2008, at Nazareth Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Parker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
