Peter Stromeyer Obituary
Peter John Stromeyer, 64, of Hartford passed away suddenly March 28, 2022, at his home.
Peter was born Jan. 5, 1958, in South Haven, the son of Steve Sr., and Margaret (Wild) Stromeyer, both of whom precede him in passing. Also preceding him in passing was a brother, Hank Stromeyer.
Peter was formerly employed as a truck driver with Classic Transportation and J.B. Hunt. In his spare time, he was an avid motorcycle rider in his early years, and often would make the trek out to Sturgis, S.D. for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
Peter is survived by a son, Tylre (Randi) Stromeyer of Hartford; and a sister, Susan (Richard) Murphy of Florida.
A graveside service to honor Peter's memory will take place at 10 A.M., Saturday, May 14, in Hill Cemetery in Lawrence Township, with Pastor Lonnie Truelove officiating.
In lieu of flowers, requests for memorial donations can be made to the family.
The family has entrusted the Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford, with arrangements. Those wishing to leave memorial condolences for the family may do so at www.calvin-leonardfh.com.
