Ranata Kliemchen Obituary
Ranata J. Kliemchen, 75, of Tarentum, Pa., passed away Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, at Quality Life, Apollo, Pa.
She was born Sept. 26, 1950, in Benton Harbor to the late William and Ruby (Casey) Kliemchen.
Ranata previously lived in Indiana for 37 years and moved to Pennsylvania in 2021. She was a self-employed massage therapist and a member of the Unitarian Church. Ranata was a graduate of Eau Claire High School in Michigan and graduated from Lake Michigan College. Ranata was a seamstress and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, TV, cooking and baking. She especially enjoyed her family, children and her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter, Christina R. (Ruben) Cortez, of Tarentum; grandchildren: Devon Cortez and fiancée Baylee, of Vandergrift, Pa., Karsen Cortez, of Tarentum and great-grandson Logan, of Allison Park, Pa. Also surviving are her sisters: Renea (Frank) Nelson, of Kokomo, Ind., and Renell (Steve) Fink, of Manistique, Mich.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth J. Lasinski.
All services and interment for Ranata will be private.
