Richard "Rick" Thomas Pollard, 63, passed away on June 6, 2022, at his residence in Lakewood, Colo.
Rick was born on Feb. 16, 1959, to Dr. Richard and Susanne Watt Pollard, at Fort Bragg, N.C.
His parents divorced in 1963, in which his mother, Sue, moved to St. Joseph. Sue married Jerry Warren in 1966. Along with a new stepfather, came a stepbrother, Steve, and stepsister, Lorri. Rick was a 1977 graduate of St. Joseph High School, and was very active in the arts during those years which included Concert Choir, Jazz Band, Symphonic and Marching Band. He was a talented drummer who also played in a band with high school friends.
In 1993, Rick moved out to Lakewood, Colo. He worked as a manager for RadioShack for many years, and also worked for Advanced Auto Supply.
He is preceded in death by both his mother, Sue Warren, in 2017, and Jerry Warren in 2021.
Surviving family members include Steve Warren of Choteau, Mont., and Lorri Warren of Barnardsville, N.C.; cousins: Brian and Kathy Lee of Beaufort S.C., and Beth Lee Mack of Fernandina Beach, Fla.
Rick was a gentle soul who was loved by many and will be remembered as a wonderful brother and friend.
No memorial service is planned at this time.

So sorry to hear of Rick's passing. I have such fond memories of junior high and high school due to Rick. He was loved by everyone and could always make me laugh with his great sense of humor. I treasure my friendship with you both. My thoughts are with you.
