February 28, 1924 - May 4, 2023
Garner, North Carolina - Doris Lee Newton Price, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023. A native of Wake County, she was the daughter of the late Eli and Alma Harvell Newton.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. The family will receive friends from 10:00-10:45 AM prior to the service. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park.
Doris is survived by her sons; Harold B. Price, Jr., (Janice), Richard L. Price (Lynne), David C. Price; grandchildren; Julie, Amanda, and Evan; great-grandchildren; Hannah, Samantha, Brooke, Matthew, Noah; and a large and loving extended family.
In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Harold B. Price, Sr; sisters; Louise Watkins, Edna Mae Newton, Bessie Campbell; brothers; Charles and Rufus Newton.
