Carlos Bryant Obituary
Aug. 11, 1946 - July 25, 2009
Carlos L. Bryant, 62, of Tallevast, died July 25, 2009.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Greater Hurst Chapel A.M.E. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Greater Hurst Chapel A.M.E. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include a son, Aaron Rock of Sarasota; daughters the Rev. Pat Hansen of Tampa and Sabrina Bratcher of Orlando; sons Michael Smith of Cocoa, and Jimmie and Tommie Smith, both of Sarasota; brothers Ferris of Sarasota, Phil of Atlanta and Donald Bryant of Bradenton; sisters Dannette White of Bradenton, Josette Horton of Bradenton, Betty of Pensacola and Terrie Bryant of Tallevast; and six grandchildren.

My sincerest sympathy to the entire Bryant family. I enjoyed working with Carlos at the County for several years and he was a good friend. Wish I had stayed in closer touch with him. He had been on my mind alot lately. Was going to call him on his birthday.

Carlos was one of my favorite visitors to Senior Friendship Centers.He played pool daily outside of my office.He is missed! His sense of humor got him into trouble ever so often but he kept us laughing. Aaron we loved having you come with your dad. Our Prayers are with all of you.
