Edward J. Polakowski

Edward J. Polakowski, 61, Bradenton, died Aug. 1, 2003. He was born June 21, 1942, in Bayonne, N.J., and came to Bradenton in 2002 from Toms River, N.J. He retired as a math supervisor from Manalapan High School in Englishtown, N.J. He received a degree in mathematics from Seton Hall University. He was Episcopalian. Survivors include his companion, Bonnie Brown of Bradenton; and a brother, Thomas of Poughkeepsie, N.Y. The memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Aug. 24 at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Bradenton. The Good Earth Crematory is in charge. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church, c/o Edward J. Polakowski Fund, 11315 Palm Brush Trail, Bradenton, FL 34202.
