Ethel J. Boyce, age 86, of Sarasota, Florida passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. Ethel was born December 9, 1934.
Ethel loved football, she could often be found home on the weekends supporting whoever was playing. She never met a stranger and her sense of humor will be missed by many. Ethel is survived by her two daughters Peggy Sherrill (Rick) of Sarasota, Florida and Joanne Stinner (Greg) of Arnold, Maryland, her one son Michael Boyce of Sarasota, Florida, and her brother Alfred Hunnicutt of Madison, Georgia. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren, and one great grandson to forever cherish her memory. Ethel was preceded in death by her husband Robert B. Boyce, who she will be laid to rest by at Manasota Memorial Park in Bradenton, FL.A memorial service for Ethel will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 3131 61st Street, Sarasota, FL 34243. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ethel's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 14010 Roosevelt Blvd #709, Clearwater, Florida 33762. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.ManasotaMemorial.com for the Boyce family.
