Jacqueline Mary Keating Easterbrook, Sarasota, FL, age 92, passed away peacefully with a big Irish smile on Tuesday, November 8th, with her loving daughter Marcia Lee Lapham at her side, in Sarasota. Jacqueline was born February 22, 1924 in Newton, Massachusetts with her six siblings to Mary Frances and John Fredrick Keating. She attended Cambridge Latin School, where as a pupil she also worked as a Teachers Aid until her graduation in 1941. She met the love of her life, Frank Easterbrook, Sr. in 1942 while working at Raytheon Electronics Company in Waltham. They married in 1942, and while they both loved traveling, Jackie's extensive family kept them involved in many get-togethers. Jackie was a dedicated care-giver to her bed-ridden mother while she cared for her own young family. Her home was filled with photos of her beloved family and friends, but above all else Jackie's catholic faith was her foundation. Jackie loved her late life career working in the Sarasota School District as a Purchasing Manager. Jackie is survived by her 6 of her 7 children: Frank (Marsha) Easterbrook, Marcia Lapham, Clyde Easterbrook, David (Gail) Easterbrook, Paul Easterbrook, John (Dawn) Easterbrook; Twenty-three grandchildren and Twenty-three great-grandchildren. Frank preceded her in death in September 1973. She missed him greatly and they are now sitting on the beach together, a favorite pastime. Her loving daughter Deborah preceded her in death in 2010; as did loving granddaughters Ashley Marie Easterbrook in 1997, and Hollie Cecelia Easterbrook in 2009.

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, February 25th at St. Martha's Catholic Church at 10AM, followed by a reception at Mote Keating Center to celebrate her life. The family have arranged for a private interment at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 1870 Honore Ave. Sarasota, FL 34222.
