James P. Jaso of Sarasota, formerly of Port Huron, MI, died Aug 5, 2014 after a long illness. He is survived by his fiancé, Robin; daughter, Makenna; step-daughter, Misty (Myles Schubring) Pagerie; and granddaughter, Ella Jean. No Services. He was the best dad a girl could ever ask for. I think of him everyday especially since I just graduated and will be starting college soon, I miss him everyday and his corny jokes and the way he made sure i was always okay before anyone else because i was his world i made him happy because i am his daughter and he lives through me.

My heartfelt condolences to the friends and family if Jamie. he will be missed. I had not seen him in a few years so I was not aware of his illness. I am so sorry for your loss.
