John proudly served in the U.S. Army at Fort Sill, Okla.
He shared his life with Serena Kozik and her children, Ashley, Hannah, Cody, Britany and Ty Slaven of Sarasota.
You are a sweet soul, Johnny. Our happiness brought sunshine to our days. Keep smiling until we meet again.
I love you, my angel in Heaven. Serena
