Summersgill, Louise B.
Nov. 30, 1911 - June 3, 2009

Louise B. Summersgill, 97, died peacefully June 3, 2009, at her daughter's home in Sarasota after a brief illness.
Services were conducted from Leak-Memory Chapel, Montgomery, Ala., June 8, with internment at Greedwood Cemetery.
Survivors include daughter Janice of Sarasota, "Florida daughter, Elayne Dorsey," "Yankee daughter, Kathleen Powers"; a brother, Alex Bush of Montgomery; a sister/brother-in-law, Betty and Herbert Money of Columbus, Ga.; a sister-in-law, Katie Summersgill of Montgomery; and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
Louise lived in Montgomery with husband, Marvin, sharing 75 years of happiness prior to his death. She was a member of St. Luke Methodist Church where she participated in many activities.
After moving to Sarasota she enjoyed Florida retirement and entertaining friends. Louise was an avid gardener and enjoyed being "in the kitchen," where she produced many delights for family and friends.
