Marcella S. Cohen, 88, Sarasota, formerly of Miami Beach died May 23, 2008.
Services will be at noon Saturday at National Cremation Society & Memorial Center, Sarasota.
Survivors include her daughters, Leslie (Robert) Light and Adrienne, both of Sarasota; and grandchildren Harrison Light of Winter Park and Elissa Light of Sarasota.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association at www.americanheart.org.

Dear Leslie,
When I looked at the paper today, I immediately recognized the picture of your mother. She looked exactly the same as I remembered her from high school. I am sorry to hear of her passing although I know it has not been easy the last few years. My condolences to all of the family. I hope to hear from you when life gets back to normal. I lost my mother a year and a half ago, and we never do get over the loss of someone so dear. I do remember her fondly.
