Philip John Rizzo Jr., 41, of Sarasota, FL, passed away on July 2, 2013. He was born on April 15, 1972.
Owner of Discover Pool Service.
As long as you live in the hearts of others, you will never be gone. P.J. lives in many hearts. He fought a hard battle with no complaints. Thanks to family and friends that have been by our side for many years. Beloved son, husband, and friend, you will be missed but not forgotten.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife Dinorah Rizzo, and his mother and father, Philip and Linda (Davis) Rizzo.
A celebration Of Life is taking place on Friday, July 12, 2013 at Cafe Baci located in 4001 South Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL. 34231 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in P.J.'s memory may be made to Tidewell Hospice.

PJ and I were friends in Kindergarten. First, and Second grade (Mrs. Kern). We were buddies because my birthday was April 14th and his was the 15th. I moved away in the 3rd grade but when I came back to Sarasota as an adult we would chat and catch up. I am so sad to find my friend here of all places. Rest well.....

I knew P.J. when I was a little kid. I've thought about him through the years from time to time and wondered what he was up to. Our parents were friends and it saddens me to hear of his passing. I'm sorry for your loss and wish you strength in the days ahead.

Although it seems like just yesterday, it has been several years since I last saw PJ. He was a gentle soul. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones. I have no doubt that he joins good friends and family in heaven.

PJ was an amazing person and friend. It seems like just yesterday we were having fun in High School. He was always positive and happy. I was blessed to know him. Rest in Peace my friend..
