Anthony Perry Obituary
Anthony Frank "Tony" Perry, 48, of Reno, passed away unexpectedly on April 14, 2014. He was born October 23, 1965 in Northridge, California to Frank and Verna (Bland) Perry.
Tony is survived by his children, Olivia Verna Aleen Perry and Frank Anthony Perry of Lakeview, OR; stepson, Taylor Lee of Reno, NV; father, Frank Perry and stepmother, Mary Perry of Reno, NV; brother, Guy Perry and wife, Amy Perry of Enfield, CT; sisters, Angela Hastings and husband, Randy Hastings of Tuscola, IL, Dianna Campos and husband, Wayne Campos of Angels Camp, CA, and Maria Perry of Carson City, NV; as well as nephews, Turner Hastings and John Perry; nieces, Veronica Campos, Lexi Campos and Jacqueline Perry; and grandchildren, Jo'Nathan and Jordan Lee. Tony was preceded in death by his mother, Verna Perry.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 21, 2014 at 10:30 am, at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church, 1138 Wright St., Reno. Inurnment will follow directly thereafter at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to an educational fund for his children to be established at First State Bank, 801 S. Main St., Tuscola, IL 61953. Arrangements are entrusted to the Walton Funeral Home, Reno.

My condolences to the Perry family. I knew Tony from spending the night in line for concert tickets when the Lawlor Events Center first opened. I was one of several people who helped purchase several tickets for him and later enjoyed our time together at the concerts. Being up all night, getting interviewed by the news media brings back fond memories. He will be sorely missed. May the God of comfort be with you during this difficult time. ~An old friend

Tony was the "larger than life" person for me in high school. He didn't fit any mold, he was his own person that loved his family and wasn't afraid to show it, sentimental, crazy and funny all at the same time. When I thought my world was crashing, he taught me how to juggle and made me laugh. His impression is felt on many and he will be dearly missed.
