Frank was fine man, a great friend, and an outstanding Marine. The years I served with him are among the best I ever had. I came to trust him in all things from my troops, to my career, and to my own children. He was always absolutely reliable. Every life he touched was better for it. I will miss him. Semper fi Frank.
