RICHARD DUARTE Obituary
Richard Duarte passed away suddenly on June 13, 2016. During his lifetime accomplishments he worked as a Correctional Officer for 25 years. He was a foster parent for many years and fostered lots of children. He loved shooting with his cousin Lorenzo Duarte and going to Disneyland, and hanging out with his close friend James Brandoni at the Long Beach Jazz Festival every year. He will be greatly missed by his Wife, Suzanne Duarte; Mother, Mary Duarte; Sister, Jeannie Tevedt; Brother, Randy Duarte; Brother, Chris Duarte; and his dear Stepson, that he so lovingly raised, Branden Lee Carter. Services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church on July 8, 10am. A memorial and reception will be held at 440 Broadway Ave., Barstow, Ca following the service at 12:00pm.
