Bret,
My name is Lisa and I am an old friend of yours. I just wanted to say I am sorry for your loss. I didn't get to know your dad that well but I do remember he was really a sweet person. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Sue, and Family,
I worked with C. W. for many years at RJR and considered him a good friend. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He was always cheerful and willing to "jump in" and learn new things. He will be sorely missed.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Sue and Family,
I had the pleasure of working with CW at Superior Cable in the 70's.
I also worked in Data Processing.
I have such fond memories of CW, Robert and all the guys there. They were a wonderful group to work with. I remember CW as being super smart and always doing a great job. My thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time. He was a great person.

I have many fond memories of C.W. from Superior Cable in Hickory many years ago (1970). I had just started to work in Data Processing and C.W. was the go to guy when you needed to know how to get something done. He seemed to know everything, but he never made you feel silly for asking how. He was a great guy that even after more than 35 years I still have many fond memories. As I think back, that time spent with C.W., Robert, Manny, and all of the rest, were some of my most precious memories.
To his wife and children I send my most sincere condolences. May God Bless each of you.

Sue & Family,
My thoughts and Prayers are with all of you as you mourn the loss of "C.W.". He was not only a fine Man, but a really true Friend, and along with all of you I will miss him terribly too. He and I conversed a lot over the years at RJR and most of it was about Restoring Old Cars & Trucks, a little about RJR work. When you really needed something whether at work or play he was always the Man to go to. C.W. could never said no and mean it.

Sue and Family,
I wish to express my deepest condolences to you for your loss. I worked with "CW" for years at RJR. He was always good for a quick witticism whenever our paths met. I made the mistake of telling him the story of relocating a herd of dairy goats down here when my family moved from West Virginia in 1985. Forever after that, CW would try to 'get my goat' with some sort of retort, like 'its the Goat Man! Whuduhyuh want?' He also had a gentle, sensitive side and cared about his coworkers. Of course his passion was restoring old cars and he had many stories to tell about that. I shall truly miss him. His memory will live onward.

Sue, Brett, Kell,
I had the awesome experience of knowing and loving C.W. since 1969 at Superior Cable. Although our paths separated I will always think of him as my best friend ever. We worked together, lived together, rode together were happy and sad together. I love him and will cherish his memory forever. I share your grief during this time and pray for your comfort. I was just thinking about CW when I received the sad news. I met him in Hickory where we both worked for Superior Continental. We shared the love of motorcycle and cars. I haven't seen him for some time, but I have never forgotten him. He was a great friend.

I had worked with CW for many years at RJR; most of it from inheriting his responsibilities as he moved on to other things. It all started with the CDC; what memories. I'm so sorry that CW's well deserved retirement has been cut short. I'm going to miss the "what do you wants" everytime I walked into CW's cubicle with a question. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

You know how much I thought of C.W. I considered him one of my very best friends. If there is any way that I can help now or later on, you know that all you have to do is call. He will not be forgotten.
