Catrina Morgan Obituary
Catrina Marie Morgan (maiden name, Talbert) passed away at Frye Regional Medical Center, Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023. She was an organ donor and so will save lives with that gift. Any organs not being donated will be used for future medical educational purposes.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Rose Boylan Bodie in August of 2021; and by her stepfather, Gerald Wayne Bodie in September of 2022.
She leaves behind her daughter, Stephanie Jamerson and son in-law, Christopher of Bethlehem; two brothers, C.D. and wife, Jennifer Talbert, of Bethlehem; and James Louis and wife, Tina Talbert, of Granite Falls; a sister, Jenni Lee Talbert of Granite Falls; and a stepsister, Cheryl Temple of Illinois. Nieces and nephews left to honor her memory are: Savannah Lorraine Her and husband, Wang, of Catawba County; Brittany Lee Talbert of Granite Falls; Amber Rose Talbert of Asheville; Lucas James Talbert of Granite Falls; Joshua Dean Talbert of Bethlehem; and Caleb David Talbert of Bethlehem. She also leaves behind her great-nephew, Jayce Bank of Granite Falls; and her great-niece, Jackie Her of Catawba County. She had many "adopted" children as well: Jose and wife, Tiffany Perez, of Bethlehem, along with their son, Bentley; Joseph Bell of Virginia; and Daniel Turner of Claremont. And she had a deep love for her four-legged "grand-puppies," Mylee and Luna.
No official service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Til Valhalla Project that specializes in helping America's veterans with PTSD, attempting to prevent veteran suicide, and assisting veterans in getting service animals.
