I'll never forget when I first met Chuck. I think he had just moved here and nobody was sure what to think of him. He was quiet and had this crazy wavy hair. Before long, he had won us over with his wry sense of humor and because he was a motorcycle nut like we were. We called him Maico Man because he had a bike like this and was always taking it apart and putting it back together again. Haven't seen him since high school...sorry to hear of his passing. Kim, thinking of you and pray for your comfort.

I never would have survived the 80's without the friendship Chuck & Kim gave me. He taught me alot about life and how to survive the hardtimes. In my time of doubt, he never gave up on me and encouraged me to seek the right path. He gave me the confidence to work on mechanical things for myself. We enjoyed music, racing, sports and eating. Although we were not as close as we used to be, there wasn't a day that went by that I didn't find myself laughing about something we experieced together. He will always be my BFF (Best Friend Forever). Chuck, I Love You and will never forget you. Say "Hello" to Josh for me.

Jo and I love Chuck and Kim so very much. Chuck will be missed by all at East First Street, young and old. Even though he was battling pain, he still had a since of humor about him. I loved to kid him about fishing.

I know that we will meet again in out new home in heaven and he will not have to suffer anymore pain. We will have time to fellowship and praise our Lord forever. Kim, you were such a good and dependable wife to Chuck and we know you will miss him greatly, but our Jesus will be the greatest friend we will ever have and he will help fill the gap. We love you both.
