Although I moved from the Bethlehem area years ago, I check the Hickory newspaper online for news of my former neighbors and schoolmates. Today I saw a name I hadn't heard of in a long time. Although I don't remember meeting her personally, I vividly remember going to school with Derek and Bruce. Guys, I'm sorry for the loss of your mother. Mine's been gone for over 25 years and I still miss her. My prayer for you is to have comfort from God in this time of loss and grief.God has gotten me through a lot of heartaches over the years and He can help you too. Let Him have all your burdens. They'll be so much more bearable with His help. Take care, and feel free to e-mail me. JOY HALL MORETZ

To all of Evelyn's family: Since I was not aware that Evelyn had been sick, I was very surprised when I learned about her death. I will remember each of you in thought and prayer. Although I had not seen her in quite some time I always thought of her as a dear friend. Sincerely, Hazel (Moretz) Tuttle
