Family of Forest Drum,
I'm so sad for your loss. I knew your dad for years when I worked at Inform Inc. and the Catawba Valley Hosiery Association. He was a terrific guy. Please know you're all in my thoughts and prayers.

Sincere sympathy to the family of Forrest Drum and especially to his wife, Peggy. We go way back to her high school days at Startown when she was a student and I was her teacher. May the many fond memories that you have of him give you comfort in your loss. Lynn Rowe Beckom

Mrs. Forrest Drum and Family
I am so sorry to hear of Mr. drums passing. For almost 2 years I was Mr. Drums Volvo service writer at Paramount Volvo. He was always alot of fun to deal with, and for me was such a joy. When he didn't come in for almost 2 1/2 months we all missed him, only to find out that he and Mrs. Drum had totalled the Volvo. The community and I will miss Mr. Drum. He was a joy to know. Dearest Peggy, Mom, Charlie, and I were sorry to hear about Forest. We always loved running into him over the years. And of course, mom and Charlie worked for him many moons ago. You are in our thoughts and prayers, I hope you find peace and get some needed rest. Love, Mary Ann Wishon, Charles Wishon, Ginger Wishon Samuels

Peggy words cannot convey the thoughts we had of both you and Forrest when we heard of your loss. May God make you strong and just know that you and Forrest have many many friends who will also feel your loss. We include ourselves among those friends.
We will keep you in our prays as you have done for us. And of course our prayers will be with your family.

I have only met two people in my life I truly believe to be saints walking on the earth. Forrest extended kindness and generosity to my family when it was not necessarily in his best interest to do so. I cherished him as a dear friend and enjoyed the relationship we developed through the years. My sympathy goes out to the family and Peggy. We have all been blessed to have known such a man as Forrest.
