Nora Setzer Obituary

Nora Dianne Baird Setzer LENOIR Nora Dianne Baird Setzer, 53, of Lenoir, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2013, at Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care. Ms. Setzer was born in Avery County to the late Lester Calloway Baird and Ruth Elizabeth Johnson Baird. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and a member of New Life Baptist Church. Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Joshua Harris and wife, Sarah, of Lenoir; sister, Connie Wells-Minton and husband, Gary, of Granite Falls; brothers, Robert "Bob" Baird, of Granite Falls, Steve Baird and wife, Toni, of Lenoir, Jeff Baird, of Valdese and Bryan Baird and wife, Brenda, of Granite Falls; grandchildren, Heidi Harris and Elias Harris. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 29, at 2 p.m. in Pendry's Chapel with Pastor Brian Davis officiating. The family will receive friends at Pendry's Lenoir Funeral Home prior to the service at 1 p.m. The family requests that memorials be made to Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care, 902 Kirkwood St., Lenoir, NC 28645.
