Dearest Ann and Family: I am so sorry for your loss. I know you and the community will miss Vic for his active role in all areas of his church, town and other activities. May you remember all the good things he did during his years as a friend to all he met. I remember him well, during my years with the Valdese PD, he was always there if I needed information for Grant Writing- for his vast knowledge in many areas. I am sad for each of you, although I know he is not suffering any longer. Ann, if you need me for ay things, please do not hesitate to ask. Vic will be missed and remembered by so many. Lot of Love to each of the family members and God Bless each of you.
