William Carroll

September 1, 1956 - September 14, 2025

William "Michael" Carroll, of Bristol, Tenn., 69, passed away September 14, 2025, at the Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was born on September 1, 1956, to the late Lewis Carroll and Myrna "Bunny" Timmons Carroll Schoenhardt.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey "P-Nut" Carroll. He leaves behind his wife, Vickie; son, Bentley, of the home; stepfather, Ron Schoenhardt, Bristol, Tenn.; stepdaughter, Leigha Tournay-Hall (Quinn), Troatman, N.C.; grandchildren, Victoria Normand (Chad), T.J. Tourney-Hall, Ayanna Tourney-Hall, Brittany Gardner; great-grandchildren, Caroline, Trey, and Emma Normand; step-brother, Scott Schoenhardt; step-sister, Lisa Goode; and life long friends, Mark and Kim Gentry.

Michael earned a bachelor's degree and made a career in the trucking industry. While not working and driving trucks, he enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson. He was a member of First Christian Church, Bristol, Va.

A memorial service is planned for a later date.
