Joretta Calvert Obituary
Mrs. Calvert was born Jan. 10, 1931, in Indiana. She lived in California for 66 years.
She was a nurse and business owner. A member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Citizen Patrol, Mrs. Calvert loved delivering parts for the family business and shopping at second-hand stores.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 61 years, Bud Calvert, her sister, Mary, her son Bryon Calvert and her grandson Michael Calvert.
She is survived by sons Stephen Calvert and Michael Calvert (Stacye), of Twentynine Palms, son Larry Calvert in Indiana, daughter Cindy Calvert in Twentynine Palms, 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Please come and join us for a celebration of life from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 13 at the Twentynine Palms Elks Lodge.

Mike: I am so glad that a mutual friend informed me of the reception. I enjoyed every minute of it and thensome. Sorry I had to leave so suddenly. It was worth every minute. LOL
