Virgil Page Obituary
LITCHFIELD - Virgil Lee "Bones" Page, 65, of Litchfield, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson. He was born April 28, 1951 in Charleston, West Virginia to Ralph & Martha (Ramey) Page Sr. Bones was married November 22, 1986 to Dori Rogers and she survives.
Bones was a retired mechanic. He was a member of the Jackson Moose Lodge and the Jonesville Eagle's Lodge. He loved to play music & sing, he had been involved with bands for the past 40 years. Bones was an avid camper and also enjoyed helping with family vegetable canning events. Bones also enjoyed going to the Eldora Sprint Car racing events.
Surviving besides his wife Dori are four sons, Todd (Erin) Page of Hillsdale, Nick Page of Jonesville, Troy (Krystal) Page of Hillsdale and Joshua (Christal) Page of Litchfield; 10 grandchildren; and siblings, Naomi Hughes of West Virginia, Flo Markwell of Hillsdale, Jim "Fox" Page of Olivet, Ralph Paige, John Page, Chris Morse and Helen (Danny) Ringman, all of Jonesville and Debi Lloyd of Temple, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Margaret, Dennis and Brenda, his father-in-law and two brothers-in-law.
A celebration of the life of Bones Page will be Sunday, August 7, 2016, at 2:00 PM, at the Ringman residence, 1649 E. Litchfield Rd. in Jonesville. Arrangements are entrusted to the Eagle Funeral Home in Jonesville.
