Jason Peterson Obituary

Jason R. Peterson
Clifton, Idaho - Jason Roy Peterson, beloved father, son, brother, nephew, and friend, was welcomed into heaven on May 1, 2014 by the warm embrace of his Grandpa and Grandma Sterling and his Grandpa Peterson along with many other loved ones. Jason was born August 26, 1977 in Murray, Utah. We here on earth ache for his tender spirit and kind heart but we know the Lord needed him more on the other side.
Jason had an infectious smile, it reached all the way to his eyes. When he was smiling at you, you felt it deep down to your core. He was never above dishing out compliments and you knew when you received a compliment from him it was sincere.
The loves of Jason's life were his six children. He was proud to be there Dad and loved each and every one of them deeply. Jason enjoyed adventuring outdoors whether he was fishing or exploring in the mountains. He would often disappear for long walks always with the kids in tow. He was the most happy when he had their company.
Jason is survived by his ex-wife, Tiffany Burbank and their children children, Dallan, Daimon, Kailey, Jaydon, Tristan, and Bradley; his grandma, LaVerla Peterson; parents, Randy and Susan Peterson; siblings, Justin (Bonnie) Peterson, Dallas (Candace) Peterson, Ashley (Curtis) Kidman, Cassie Peterson, Crystal Peterson and was loved and adored by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 12 p.m. in the Clifton 2nd Ward LDS Chapel with Bishop Clark Cox conducting. A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 S. 800 East in Preston and Thursday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the church in Clifton.
