02/05/1925 - 12/14/2015
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 18, 2015, in the North Logan 10th Ward Chapel, 1550 E. 1900 North. There will be a viewing Thursday at Allen Mortuary of North Logan, 420 E. 1800 North, from 6 to 8 p.m. and at the church Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Condolences may be shared with the family at www.allenmortuaries.net.

Brother Stocking was our beloved, dedicated home teacher in the 1st Ward. Even though ward boundaries changed multiple times, he was still our home teacher at heart, with a smile and sincere interest in "where are the kids now" when we met. We loved that man and his dear wife.

We have had many good neighbors in our lives but John Stocking was the best. He was always grateful when we stopped by or shoveled snow off his driveway. We will miss his sweet smile and one line quotes.
