Norene Critchlow

PRESTON, Idaho - Bambie Norene Critchlow Lewis-Tremlett, 54, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2009, in Preston, Idaho, at the Franklin County Transitional Care Center. She was born March 2, 1955, in Pitcher, Okla., to Dale Vernon and Glenna Marie Hunsaker Critchlow. Bambie loved the 4-H program. She enjoyed horseback riding and the outdoors. She liked fishing, hunting, camping and raising farm animals. She was talented in many different crafts. She liked writing poetry and songs, and even received several awards for her writing. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed the time she was able to spend with them. She is survived by her children, Cameron Matthew Christensen of Bremmerton, Wash., Lynn (Leslie) Lewis of Afton, Wyo., and Jennifer Lee Lewis of Port Orchard, Wash.; 10 grandchildren; her father, Dale Critchlow of Preston; two brothers, Paul (Linda) Critchlow of Georgetown, Idaho, and Jay (Paula) Critchlow of Sandy, Utah; and a sister, Cindy (Danny) Brown of Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her mother; a grandson, Kaleb D. Tramlett; and a longtime friend, Bill Pratt. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 13, in the Preston 5th Ward church, 213 S. 200 East, Preston, with Bishop Trent Alder conducting. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Webb Funeral Home, 109 E. Oneida, and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Interment will be in the Honeyville (Utah) Cemetery.
