Preceded in death by his great-grandfather Robert J. Smith and great-uncle Michael Poppleton.
Funeral services will be held at Russon Mortuary, 1941 N. Main St., Farmington, Utah, on Saturday, June 12, 2010. A viewing is scheduled from 11:30 to 12:30, with service immediately following at 1 p.m.

I can't believe how much time has passed since I last saw you. You were taken far too soon baby boy, but I will always have the memories and times I was able to be there with you. My heart is with you each day little man. It beats with joy of having spent time with you during your brief visit with us. I know that you watch over our family and are healthy and happy. I only met you a few times. But always so happy and so darn adorable. You have a very special sissy and mommy that love you so very much!
Keep smiling down on them and showing them your always with them by sending mommy dragonflies..God only takes you home when your job is done, and you accomplished that in just a short time. So I'm guessing you were super important to god and he needed you more in his arms.. So much love for you little man.

BBT- I truly don't know what I can say today that hasn't already been said except "DITTO!" I can hardly believe that it has been 6 years since God took you home! You would have graduated kindergarten this year. I know you would have been the smartest in your class. You would be so proud of your big sister! She is amazing in everything she does and I know was the best big sister ever! We were truly blessed to have you for the short time we had but could not have loved you more deeply than if you were with us today! I never got to meet you, as I did not yet know you're Mommy and sister. I am so blessed to have them in my life. I can only imagine the pain your family lives with knowing that your angel wings came way beyond your time. I know you are flying high with lots of loved ones. I'm taking care of Mommy and sissy on Earth, while you are taking care of my guardian angels. Know you would be spoiled as one of my only young nephews. Auntie and your cousins love you! Well it's been 6 years today baby boy. I can't express how much I miss you. I hope you watch over all of us and enjoy fishing with your great grandpa's and riding with Papa on the Harley. We love and miss your sweet little face so much. You were called home too soon. We didn't get to know you very well, But you have certainly made a huge second home in our hearts. You are a strong and very dear little man. Watch over your wonderful family always and help them heal. Let your mommy and daddy know they are loved and admired in so many ways. I waited anxiously for nine months to greet Baby T, along with other family and friends. When the day arrived, Nana and I were among the first of this tiny guy's visitors. The first boy in our family for many generations!
Baby T had so many challenges in his short visit, but I truly believe he knew beforehand that the time would be short and the challenges; many.
I also know he came to strengthen those he loved and who loved him. . While most of his time was spent at Primary Children's Hospital and far Northern Utah, he was a part of my day. His mommy and daddy shared pictures with me and I created an album of meaningful and treasured photos which truly was a record of his short time here. Tytan, just know that there is never a day that passes, that I do not say "HI' to you. Your photographs are tender reminders of you. Sometimes the most meaningful experience occurs in the blink of an eye. Tytan's short time on earth touched many. I can still see his infectious smile and hear his cooing sounds of content. Love surrounds him.

As you both know, I believe it was a twist of devine intervention that brought Tytan and the both of you into my life. In such a short time my heart was filled with the utmost love and concern for you and your sweet son. Thank you for the experience of sharing Tytan with my co-workers at Smith's and my own family as well. He has touched people as close as Arizona and as far away as South Dakota. You and your family are in the prayers of the Claborn and Jensen families as well as the Smith's family. It is rare to have your heart touched in such a small amount of time by such a tiny, yet extraordinary soul, and we are so fortunate to have been given a little piece of Tytan to carry within us all.

I know there is nothing i can say to comfort you. I just recenlty lost my son at 31 weeks. He lived for a month. I can tell you to keep your head up its a long hard road. Your good days come and go. Stay strong, its what your little tytan would have wanted. When you lose hope and feel like there is nothing left, remeber you have an angel in heaven who is waitng for you with all the other angel babies. If you ever need to talk or you feel like your all alone, Please feel free to get ahold of me. I know that you dont know me but i understand what your going through and it brought me comfort talking to other people who had lost there children.
